Originally engaged to introduce the Harmony team to the Sarasota market, R&L recruited staff, including the Medical Director, and was instrumental in helping Harmony receive its license and Medicare certification.
This relationship has evolved to include an even broader range of responsibilities that include:
- Developing a strong referral pool of case managers, a key step in marketing this type of facility
- Advising the CEO on new business development such as home health, dialysis, and vent programs
- Crafting Harmony’s Managed Care contracts (all new)
- Instituting an inpatient/outpatient physiatrist-directed therapy program
