A board certified urologic surgeon for 35 years, and Chief of Urology at the hospitals in which he has practiced, Dr. Stept has insight through vast experience. From hospitals to private practice, educational facilities, laboratories and insurance companies – Dr. Stept has been a part of many institutions where his contribution have created more efficient and thorough patient care. |

A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh Medical School with a fellowship in Urology from New York University Upstate, Dr. Stept has served on numerous Hospital Committees as well as ten years on hospital boards. His varied background has afforded him many opportunities to experience hospital infrastructure and day-to-day operations from many points of view. With this knowledge, Dr. Stept deftly advises the team from a clinical perspective, as well as on possible improvements in areas of medical operations.
